| Abstract: | The sixteenth people's congress has advanced many fresh ideas and put the focus on people,which ran through the whole period of the congress.Concretely,the people orientation is represented by from one representative to three representatives,from one pioneer to three pioneers,from double civilization to trinary civilization,from access of well offness to full access of well offness.It is greatly significant in terms of theory and practice in grasping the marrow of the people's view. |
