| 摘 要： | 网络时代电子读物的复制、粘贴、修改、传播轻松而简单,版权保护变得艰难。对经济利益的渴求是侵权的根本原因;电子阅读软件支持盗版阅读使侵权行为成为可能;法律的不健全给侵权的违法行为提供了夹缝生存的机会。要完善法律保护作者的合法权益,建立健全机制促进出版业的良性发展,运用先进技术防范侵犯电子书版权。

| Abstract: | In the information age,it is hard to protect the copyright because it is easy to copy,paste,modify and disseminate electronic reading materials.Its basic reason is the thirst for economic interest;it has been made possible by electronic reading software supporting piracy reading;inadequate laws provide chances to survive for illegal piracy.We should improve laws to protect the legitimate benefits of writers,build complete mechanisms to promote the virtuous development of publishing and use advanced technology to prevent the copyright of e-books from being infringed. |
