| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志依据邓小平理论和党的基本路线 ,提出的社会主义初级阶段基本纲领 ,经历了一个从孕育到雏形再到形成的过程 ,其主要内容是把党的基本路线中“富强、民主、文明”的奋斗目标具体化为有中国特色的社会主义经济、政治、文化基本目标和基本政策。研究和把握这个纲领 ,对于把建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大事业全面推向 2 1世纪 ,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义

| Abstract: | The basic programme of the socialist preliminary stage put forward by Comrade Jiang Ze ming according to DENG Xiao ping's theory and the Party's basic line has experienced a process of emergence,embryo and formation,whose main content aims at changing the striving goals of the Party's basic line prosperity and powerfulness,democracy and civilization into the specific socialist economic,political and cultural basic goals and policy with the Chinese characterestics.It will be of an important theoretical and realistic significance in the marching into the twemty first century of the great socialist cause with Chinese characteristics to study and master the programme. |
