| 摘 要： | 美国《联邦宪法》已经存续200余年,其修改程序刚性是其长久存续性的重要原因之一。美国宪法修改程序超强刚性,防止和阻止了过多和过于激进的宪法修改,从而对维护和保持美国宪法的长久稳定起到了积极作用。

| Abstract: | The Constitution of the United States has lasted for more than 200 years,and one of important reasons for its long endurance is the procedural strictness of its amendment.The super strictness of the amending procedure of U.S.Constitution protected and prevented too much and too radical constitutional modification,thereby played an active role to maintain and keep the Constitution long lasting. |
