| Abstract: | DENG Xiao-ping's democratic-legal thought is the theoretic rudder of the construction of modern Chinese socialism. The fourth constitutional revision developes the socialist decomcracy, promotes the socialist legal system, strickens practice with laws, so expressing the contents of the democracy and legal system of socialism, hence the great practice of DENG Xiao-ping's democracy and legal system. |
