| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作金融组织有效满足了农村金融需求,有力推动了农村经济发展。但在实践中,农村金融组织存在法律政策风险、融资风险、监管风险、管理能力风险。为促进新型农村合作金融组织持续健康发展,必须坚持统有规、放有度、管有序,推进合作金融法制化、监督管理制度化、经营管理专业化和政府扶持常态化。

| Abstract: | New rural financial cooperation organizations meet the needs of rural finance effectively and promote the develop-ment of rural economy. But in practice, there exist risks of law policies, equity trading, supervision and management. For their sound development, we must manage them with rules to institutionalize cooperation finance, systemize supervising systems, spe-cialize management and normalize government support. |
