| 摘 要： | 当今高校的发展已经由粗放式转入内涵式,而内涵式发展离不开高等教育国际化。高校呼唤教育国际化,包括教育观念、师资构成、学生来源构成、办学条件、课程设置、对外交流、高教管理等元素。高等教育国际化为实现高等教育的根本目的服务,必将极大地推进高校内涵式发展。
