| 摘 要： | 随着我国扶贫开发工作的深入,特别是十八大以来,扶贫攻坚被置于一个前所未有的新高度,扶贫理论也得到完善和发展。从历史比较的分析方法来看,中国农村扶贫经历了从救济型扶贫阶段到扶持型扶贫阶段,经开发型扶贫阶段到精准扶贫阶段的转变。这一转变与我国社会经济发展息息相关,也与社会经济发展的阶段性特征有关。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of poverty alleviation and development work in China, especially since the 18th national congress of CPC, poverty alleviation has been placed at an unprecedented new height, and the theory of poverty alleviation has been improved and developed. In terms of historical comparative analysis methods, China’s rural poverty alleviation has experienced a transition from a stage of relief-oriented poverty alleviation to a stage of supportive poverty alleviation and from a stage of development-oriented poverty alleviation to a stage of targeted poverty alleviation. This transformation is closely related to China's social and economic development, and also to the stage characteristics of social and economic development. |
