| 摘 要： | 大学生非正式组织普遍存在于我国高校中,并以其自身特点成为高校德育工作中不可忽视的一个重要场域。充分发挥大学生非正式组织在高校德育中的积极作用,可以更好地适应高校德育变化的新特点,满足大学生的成长需要,促进其个性发展,也有利于提高高校德育工作的实效性。

| Abstract: | At present,students' informal organizations exist commonly in the colleges of China,and they play a very important role in the moral education for college students by their distinctive characteristics.Making full use of them can suit the new features of moral education at colleges,meet the needs of college students,help them develop better,and improve their different abilities.As a result,it can promote the effectiveness of college moral education. |
