| 摘 要： | 通过历史考察认为,在总体性社会时期村干部是政府代理人,在过渡时期演变为村民代理人,在乡政村治时期异化为谋利型代理人。农村制度变迁影响了村干部角色的演变,不同方式的制度变迁一定程度上决定了村干部角色的走向。今后农村制度变迁必须考虑其可能对村干部思想与行为产生的影响。

| Abstract: | History showed that village cadres were government agents during the general social period,villagers’ agents during the period of transition,and profit-based agents during the period of "countryside politics and village governance".Rural system changes have affected the village cadres’ evolution.To certain extent different modes of system determine the roles of village cadres.The impact from rural system change on village cadres’ thought and behavior should be noticed in the future. |
