| 摘 要： | 连锁零售企业以其产品标准化，连锁布局经营，快速复制，品牌优势，统一管理而快速实现规模扩张。近年来受金融危机导致的通货膨胀、经营成本上涨、电子商务、人口红利丧失等多重因素影响，连锁零售企业面临前所未有的挑战。连锁零售企业可采取线上线下经营方式改变、转行、收缩战线、拓展分销渠道、争取战略合作伙伴共担风险等举措，从而实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Chain retailers are good at enlarging their business through standardizing products, chain operation, fast copying model and unified management. Recently, under the influence of electronic commerce, inflation, rising cost and demographic dividend lost, chain retailers are facing an unprecedented challenge. However, chain retailers can change their operation mode by adopting online and offline way, shifting to another business, withdrawing some chain stores, enlarging sub - channel and welcoming new partners to share risks and etc. Those countermeasures may help them make a long and sustaining development. |
