| 摘 要： | 模糊语言是一种常见的语言现象。从语用学的角度对汉语刑事讯问中的模糊语言现象进行研究,分析其存在的理据和主要语用功能,探讨在刑事讯问这一特定法律场景中,犯罪嫌疑人如何使用模糊语以实现各种信息传递。

| Abstract: | Hedges are commonly used in daily conversations.In this paper,the author looks into the hedges in Chinese criminal interrogations from the pragmatic perspective.After analyzing the pragmatic functions of hedges,the author points out that in this specific legal context,suspects adopt hedges to convey various kinds of information. |
