| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革的继续深入和高等教育改革的不断深化,我国高校毕业生数量快速增加,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,高校就业指导工作的地位和作用也随之变得越来越突出和重要。但是,目前我国各高校的就业指导教育工作存在时间滞后、缺乏全程化教育、内容单一且落后等问题,难以适应就业形势和毕业生本身的需要。分析了目前大学生就业新形势以及高校在就业指导工作中存在的问题,思考并探索了解决的办法,以期对高校就业指导工作有参考意义。

| Abstract: | With the reform of economic system and higher education further developing,the amount of college graduates has risen sharply,and the conditions of employment become more serious.In line with this,vocation guidance is extremely necessary.However,in this field,some problems,such as the time lags,lack o continuity education,poor and obsolete content,have long been existing.Based on the author's experience,this paper conducts some solutions on the problems above. |
