| 摘 要： | 唐代的律学世家，同魏晋南北朝的律学世家一样，在立法、司法领域肩负着重要使命，起过重要作用。但唐时的政治、经济、文化环境同魏晋南北朝有较大变化，因此唐代的律学世家又有不同的身份特征。该文考证出唐代五个律学世家，通过分析，知其已是儒家化的律学世家，他们不仅长于律，同时也精通礼，常据礼断案，又引礼入法．为唐律的儒家化贡献了力量。但唐代的律学世家，已不可能有魏晋南北朝律学大族的成就和表现。

| Abstract: | Alike the jurists in Wei, Jin, and the South and North Dynasties, the jurists in Tang Dynasty have played important roles and made outstanding contributions to the development of legislation and judicatory. However, compared to that in Wei, Jin, and South and North Dynasties, the political, economical and cultural situations in Tang Dynasty have been changed significantly. Therefore, the status of the jurists in the two dynasties undoubtedly has different characteristics. This article is to research the social status and cultural background of five representative jurists in Tang Dynasty to find out what the difference are. Through analysis, it is known that the jurists mentioned, being Confucianized at that time, have been accomplished in both jurisprudence and morality. They generally settled a lawsuit on the basis of the rules of rites, even quoted the rules of rites to jurisprudence. In this way, they have made significant contributions to Confucianization of Tang's Jurisprudence. Nevertheless, the success they made in the field of jurisprudence is not as great as that made by the jurists in Wei, Jin, and South and North Dynasties. |
