| 摘 要： | 凝析油加工可以为下游装置提供充足的乙烯裂解原料,并有效降低乙烯的生产成本,拉动效益增长。南帕斯凝析油作为一种比较特殊的原油,具有密度小、轻收高,但硫化氢含量也高的特点,在实际生产中一直处于低比例的掺炼阶段,极大地限制了凝析油加工量。文章针对单炼南帕斯凝析油的加工流程、馏出口质量控制、产品收率、主要操作参数、能耗和动力费用、生产情况和操作等方面进行了技术分析。

| Abstract: | The condensate oil process can supply ample ethylene pyrolysis feedstock for the downstream units and efficiently reduces production cost,promoting economic growth. As a kind of special crude oil,South Pars Condensate has the attributes of lower density,higher yield of light ends and H2 S content. In the practical production,the South Pars Condensate stays in the mixing refinery stage with a low blending ratio,which greatly limits the processing capacity of the condensate. The paper analyzes refinery process,quality control of distillation,product yield,main operating parameters,energy and power charge,production situation and operation of the condensate. |
