| 摘 要： | 双性化人格是在20世纪70年代以后提出的概念,是大学生理想的性别角色模式。拥有双性化人格者对他人有较强的吸引力,有充分的理由发动和维持人际交往,并且有较强的能力保障人际交往的顺利进行。对双性化人格进行培养,可以通过家庭教育、学校教育以及自我教育等途径进行。

| Abstract: | Androgyny is a combination of male and female characters, which was proposed in 1970' s by Bem. Studies show that college students with androgyny have more attractions, motivations and abilities when they communicate with others, so they have more harmonious relationships. Many ways can be used to acquire the ideal personality model, such as family education, school education and self-education. |
