| 摘 要： | 在全党开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动，是党的十七大作出的重大战略决策，是用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装全党的重大举措。“以人为本”思想作为科学发展观的本质和核心，也更加凸显出其学术和研究价值以及理论指导作用，我们有必要对其展开更深入的研究和探讨。本文将对“以人为本”思想科学而丰富的内涵这一重要的基本问题进行全面的分析和总结：“以人为本”是以“计么人”为本；“以人为举。是以人民的“什么”为本；“以人为本”中的“本”的含义；“以人为本”是指“谁”以人为本即应明确“以人为本”的主体是谁；最后关于“以人为本”思想与民本思想和人本主义的区别。
