| 摘 要： | 产业集群已经成为推动地方经济发展的新动力,但是,产业集群自身具有一定的系统缺陷,大量成功的发展实践已经证明了政府有理由,也有必要发挥自身作用,推动产业集群的健康发展。本论文在借鉴国际经验的基础上,依据波特的钻石理论构建了政府扶持产业集群发展的模型并提出了可行性对策。

| Abstract: | Industry cluster is the new motive power to accelerate regional economy.But there are some system defects existing in industry clusters.Many successful practices have proved that it is reasonable and necessary for the government to take an important part in accelerating the development of the industry clusters.Based on international experience and Porter's theory,this article constructs a model of industry cluster development with government support and then raises some feasible suggestions. |
