| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯是一个地处欧亚大陆的国家，自彼得大帝改革以来，俄罗斯一直试图走一条西方式的发展道路．但由于自身政治、经济和思想意识等方面的原因，俄罗斯却始终与欧洲诸国格格不入。本文力图以彼得改革后的俄国为起始点，以现今俄国的政治经济为背景，从经济物质层面、政治制度层面和思想深度层面着手分析俄国与欧洲关系的发展脉络和整体趋势。

| Abstract: | Russia is situated on the Eurasian land mass. Since Peter the Great instituted the reforms, Russia has always been trying the occidental way of development. However, Russia has always been differentiated from other countries in West Europe due to its own politics, economy and ideology. The article starts with the reforms of Peter the Great and goes with the development of modern Russia. It focuses on the track and tendency of the relations between Russia and Europe in economic, political and ideological aspects. |
