| 摘 要： | 由县级电大与社区共同建立“新市民”学习支持服务基地是一项全新的尝试。本文从理论与实践两个方面，对奉化电大力邦社区“新市民”学习支持服务基地的建设与运行的有关情况展开了较为系统的分析与总结，对如何参与社区教育进行了认真的思考，研究成果具有积极的、可供参考的意义。

| Abstract: | The cooperative construction of study support service bases by county TV University and community is a new attempt. The article systematically analyses and summarizes the construction and operation of study support service bases of ＂new citizen ＂in Li-bang community by Fenghua TV university from theoretical and practical angles and seriously considers about TV universities＇ participation in community education. The results really have positive meaning for reference. |
