| 摘 要： | 中小民营企业社会责任缺失,直接影响了企业的可持续发展。通过对温州285家中小民营企业社会责任进行随机调查,结果表明,存在企业社会责任意识淡薄、认知度偏低、理念滞后、行为受企业财务目标影响大、外部监管机制缺失等问题。因此,需要建立健全企业社会责任外部监管机制,提升企业社会责任内部效应,促使温州中小民营企业自觉履行社会责任。

| Abstract: | The lack of social responsibility in small and medium-sized private enterprises directly affects the sustainable development of them.A survey on social responsibility made to 285 Wenzhou small and medium-sized private enterprises shows that there are following problems：the enterprises have weak awareness and low recognition of social responsibility;their concept of social responsibility lags behind;the practice of social responsibility is affected greatly by the financial objective of enterprises;there is no external monitoring mechanism of social responsibility.Therefore,it is vital for enterprises to establish the external monitoring system of social responsibility to improve the internal effect of social responsibility and prompt the small and medium-sized enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility. |
