| 摘 要： | 温州区域经济的发展离不开民营企业集群。企业集群具备了较强的竞争力，但其参与国际分工的程度依然偏低，这与温州近似于“零外资”的状况不无关联。笔者希望通过对企业集群吸纳和嫁接外资的必要性和可能性分析，提高思想认识，促进引资工作。

| Abstract: | Wenzhou's economy cannot develop without civilian-run enterprise clusters. These enterprise clusters are quite competitive but they seldom participate in international trade, as Wenzhou almost has not attracted any foreign investment. The authors in this article make a necessity and feasibility study on drawing foreign investment through enterprise clusters, which is in the hope of attracting some foreign investment. |
