| 摘 要： | 发展现代服务业是温州市政府确定的经济发展方向之一,对温州的产业升级、经济持续发展具有重要的战略意义。这是决定温州发展现代服务业具有必然性的因素之一。由于历史和自然环境等原因,温州发展现代服务业存在着一些制约因素。温州发展现代服务业需要从城市化、产业升级和专业人才聚集等方面入手。

| Abstract: | Developing a modern service industry is one of the orientations of economic development deter-mined by Wenzhou Municipal Government, which will be of great strategic significance to the upgrade of Wenzhou a industry and the sustainable development of its economy. This is also one of the indispensable factors of devel-oping a modern service industry in Wenzhou. However, due to its history and natural environment, there are some factors restricting the development of a modern service industry in Wenzhou. To develop a modern service industry in Wenzhou, we should start with the realization of urbanization, the upgrade of industry and the accumulation of professionals. |
