| 摘 要： | 慈善事业在社会领域中发挥着独特作用。西方慈善事业的发展经验对我国尤其是温州慈善事业发展有着重要启示。借鉴西方慈善事业发展的经验,通过科学地引导慈善组织的发展,增强慈善组织独立性,宣传和弘扬社会慈善文化,加强慈善组织自身建设,温州慈善事业将得到进一步发展与完善。

| Abstract: | Charitable undertakings plays an unique role in the society.The development experience of western charitable undertakings has great hints to China,especially to Wenzhou＇s charitable undertakings.Wenzhou＇s charitable undertakings will grow and prosper by drawing western experience,guilding the charitable organizations in a scientific way,reinforcing the independence of them,advocating the social charity culture and strengthening their organization. |
