| 摘 要： | 老子不争哲学思想,包含处下守柔、知足去欲和不敢为天下先三个方面的内容,其实质是功遂身退、为而不争、以退为进、以“不争”来争.作为传统的为人之道和处世哲学,它对国人谦退忍让、知足常乐、礼贤下士等传统美德的形成曾经产生过深远影响;而作为包含着辩证思想的智慧谋略,它对现代企业的生存发展之道、当代人消除精神压力、领导者提高领导艺术,都具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | LAO Zi＇s Buzheng philosophy includes being humble and taking a soft attitude to life, being content with few desires and shrinking from taking precedence of others. The essence of it is retiring after winning merit, doing without contention, and retreating in order to advance. As a traditional approach of being a person, it has a great impact on the formation of Chinese virtues, such as being modest and tolerant, and being content and courteous to the inferior. Meanwhile, as a strategy with dialectical thought, it has a great realistic significance to development of modern enterprises, relief of the stress of modern people and improvement of the leadership. |
