| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,宁夏经济发展取得了骄人的成绩,但在经济高速增长的同时伴随着自然环境的恶化,尤其是工业“三废”造成的污染日益加剧。以环境库兹涅茨曲线理论为指导基础,通过工业“三废”与人均GDP之间的计量模型,得出宁夏工业“三废”污染问题随着经济增长在不断加剧的结论。废水、废气、固体废弃物三者的整体模型曲线都处在EKC曲线的上升阶段,所以,宁夏必须转变经济增长方式才能实现社会经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The economic development of Ningxia has obtained the proud achievement since the reform and open-up policy was implemented. But with the high economical growth, the natural environment becomes deterio- rated, especially the pollution caused by the industrial "three wastes" has increasingly damaged the environment. This article, based on the environmental Kuznets' curve theory and the measurement model of the industrial "three wastes" and per capita GDP, concludes that the industrial "three wastes" of Ningxia is growing increasingly with economical development. The whole model curve of the waste water, the waste gas, and the solid waste gas is at the ascending stage of EKC. So Ningxia must change the economical growth mode in order to realize sustainable social and economic development. |
