| 摘 要： | 电视中专学生由于受传统教育体制的影响，导致动手实践能力严重不足。加之课程设置严重不合理，内容陈旧、教法单一、阻碍了学生能力的培养。为适应改革要求，必须加强素质教育，在教学计划中渗透能力的培养，增加社会发展需要的课程，提高教师的业务素质，多方面对学生进行技术技能培训。

| Abstract: | Being influenced by traditional education system, the students of RTV Secondary Technical School result in the lack of practice ability. In addition, irrational courses offered, old contents and its single-way teaching method hinder the development of students. In order to meet the need of the reform, it is important to strengthen quality education, to train their infiltrating ability in the teaching program, add more courses needed in the social advancement, raise the professional level of teachers and train their students with various skills and techniques in manifold ways. |
