| Abstract: | The paper first introduces the present course-book of English grammar and then analyses the learning materials needed by adult students according to the theory of adult learning and distance learning, and points out the non adaptability of the present course book and proposes the development model of its relative learning materials and the development plan of distance learning materials. |
