基于地理素质教育的教师素质结构与对策

摘    要:地理素质教育是知识经济的客观要求,实施地理素质教育的关键在于教师的素质.当代中学地理教师应该具有高尚的职业道德、综合的科学文化、复合型的教育能力和健康的体魄等四个方面的素质,且可以通过构筑高师地理专业学生的素质培养体系和在职中学地理教师素质的自主成长,来提高未来中学地理教师的素质.

Abstract:Geographical quality-oriented education is the objective request of the kownledge economy, the key of implementing geographical quality-oriented education lies in the teacher's quality. The geographical teacher of contemporary middle school should have noble professional ethics, quality in the education ability of comprehensive science and culture, complex type and healthy physique , etc., and can through construct high teacher geography professional quality of student train system and on-the-job middle school geographical teacher quality grow up independently, to improve the quality of the geographical teacher of middle school in the future.
