论课堂教学文化重构中学习力的生成

摘    要:教学文化是师生在长期交往过程中建立起来的相对稳定的集体性文化,新型课堂教学文化的重构聚焦于教师与学生学习力的生成。教师学习力的生成途径为:开展教学反思,提高教师的再学习意识;重视团队合作,建立教师间相互学习的机制;充分调动校内外的学习资源,促进教师专业化发展;成为学生学习的参与者。学生学习力的生成途径为:发现知识的个人意义,重塑学习者的主体意识;善于运用多元的学习方法,提升学习绩效;利用成就目标定向,进行自我激励;成为教师学习的合作者。
