| 摘 要： | 开展切实有效的党建与思想政治教育工作对维护高校的安定，为大学生成长成才和教师发展营造健康和谐的环境，推进高校办学水平的全面提升具有重要意义。文章就如何充分发挥高校党建与思政工作对高校教育事业发展所固有的指导、引领、推动和保障的作用，结合高校的实际从提高认识、围绕中心、营造氛围三个方面提出一些对策性建议。

| Abstract: | It is very meaningful for the university to maintain the safety ＆ stability by developing effectively the Party＇s Construciton and Tginking ＆ Political Education;to create a healthy ＆ harmonic environment for the undergraduate＇ s growth ＆ faculty development;and to boost the operational level for such university. Consolidat/ng with the practice at the university and from the point of view of advancing acknowledgement, centralizing the key point and creating the climate, this article presents some approaches related to how to fully utilize the effort of directing, promoting ＆ protecting the education development at university by the Party＇ s construction and Thinking ＆ Political task. |
