| Abstract: | Educational appraisal is one of the important fields of education scientific research. Teacher's appraisal is whole educates an extremely important component while appraising.This text proceeds with concept on teacher's appraisal,appraises the principle and function after studying a teacher, and probe into a teacher and appraise the dialectical relation with scientific management of the school more deeply on this basis. |
