| 摘 要： | 对于教师尤其是刚走上讲台的年轻教师而言，在自己的成长与发展道路上往往都会面临诸多的诱惑与挑战，进而逐渐形成一系列容易被忽视却又极具代表性的心理困境。其实，诸如惰性、从众、惧挫、浮躁、自满、狭隘、鄙俗、迷惘等心理困境还可以透过生物的反例影像折射出来。倘若我们能够对这些反例影像进行对比性剖析，就会形象地揭示出我们当代年轻教师的内心世界普遍存在着的真实情状，并由此去探寻真正克服这些心理困境的内在途径。
