| 摘 要： | 福建省正处于工业化、城镇化的快速发展期,城镇化规模不断扩大,职业教育发展面临着严峻的挑战。福建省城镇化进程中职业教育发展存在的问题为:校企合作稳定性差,缺乏深度融合;职业院校实际办学水平差异悬殊;中职招生遇瓶颈,处境艰难。为使职业教育在城镇化进程中更好地发挥促进作用,其发展对策为:统筹规划,缩小职业教育发展南北差距;完善校企合作相关制度,发挥政府主导作用;优化专业结构,加强内涵建设。

| Abstract: | Fujian is facing severe challenges in the development of vocational education due to the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization and the unceasing expansion of urbanization. The problems existing in the development of vocational education in urbanization in Fujian province are： The school- enterprise cooperation stability is poor without the depth of fusion; vocational colleges＇ educational level differs greatly; enrollment in secondary vocational schools encounters bottlenecks. To make the vocational education play a better role in the pro- cess of urbanization, the paper proposes developmental countermeasures as follows：make overall planning, reduce the development of vocational education gap between the north and the south; perfect the relevant system of school - enterprise cooperation with the government playing the leading role and optimize the specialty structure and strengthen the connotation construction. |
