| 摘 要： | 现代服务业需要从业人员具有较高的职业素养。当前,高职院校现代服务业类学生存在职业角色和规范、职业适应能力、创新精神、合作意识等职业素养欠缺问题。校园主题活动是提升学生综合职业素养的有效途径。培养现代服务业人才的高职院校应以职业素养的培养为核心,创新开展思想教育、社会实践、技能展示、文娱体育、思维创新、节日庆祝等校园主题活动,以此提升学生的综合职业素养。
