| 摘 要： | 辅导员工作对于培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人具有十分重要的意义。文章分析了我国高校辅导员队伍建设的现状，指出了高校辅导员队伍建设的必然性，探讨了高校辅导员队伍建设专业化和职业化的措施。
