| 摘 要： | 作为翻译主体的译者在尊重翻译对象的前提下,为实现翻译目的往往会在翻译活动中表现出主观能动性,其基本特征是翻译主体自觉的文化意识、人文品格和文化、审美创造性.文章通过分析谢默斯·希尼英译《贝奥武甫》的译文选词、韵律及修辞等风格特征,探讨由译文风格所彰显出的译者民族文化身份、文化审美及文化取向等译者主体性特征.

| Abstract: | As the subject of translation,the translator will show his/her subjective initiative in order to achieve a certain translation purpose.Translator's subjectivity is reflected in translator's cultural consciousness,cultural qualities,and aesthetic creativity.By analyzing the translation of language,rhyme,and rhetoric speech in Beowulf translated by Seamus Heaney,the Nobel Prize winner in 1995,the paper attempts to explore cultural identity and cultural attitude of the translator. |
