| 摘 要： | 高校办公室是综合办事机构，它是承上启下、联系左右、协调内外的枢纽，其工作的好坏直接影响学校的形象和声誉。文章就高校办公室在新时期如何适应教育改革的需要，在坚持务实、创新的基础上着重抓好的几个关键点工作进行了探讨，希望对全面提升办公室的工作水平提供有价值的参考。

| Abstract: | The university office is to synthesizes the administrative body, It is a links that connect the preceding and the following and corrcspond inside and outside. Its work quality have a direct influence on the impression and fame of the university. This paper discuss how the university office fit the needs demand of the education reform. Basing on sticki.g to practical and creative working, we must gTasp the key point and promote the work level of the office completely. |
