| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、分析法，对普通高校体育卫生保健基础知识教学的教学意义、教学任务、教学内容及教学组织进行探讨分析，旨在充分认识体育卫生保健知识教学的重要性与具体教学实旌方法。高校体育卫生保健基础知识教学需要从实际出发，根据学生需求确定教学内容；从优化教学过程出发，选择教学媒体；充分利用信息技术手段，选择有效的教学形式。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature and analysis, this paper analyzed four aspects of physical health care basic knowledge teaching of colleges and universities. The four aspects include： the meaning of teaching, teaching tasks, teaching contents and organization. As we all know the physical health care knowledge teaching is very important. The physical health care teaching needs determine teaching contents from reality, choose the instructional media from optimizing the teaching process, and choose the effective teaching form from full use of information technology tools. |
