| 摘 要： | 师德师风建设是教师素质教育的主要内容,是一所高校大学精神的直接体现,因而高校必须将师德师风建设作为一项重要工作常抓不懈,尤其是针对青年教师的师德师风建设。该文以新疆兵团高校为例,就青年教师的师德师风建设现状、从业心态和职业道德状况等问题,在青年教师和大学生中开展了调查研究,并就一些相关问题进行了分析,以期为当前教师队伍建设和管理机制改革提供重要依据。

Analysis on construction of teacher virtue of young teachers from Bingtuan university |

| Abstract: | Construction of teacher virtue is the key part of quality education of teacher and the direct embodiment of university spirit,so it will be the important thing for university to do firmly and continuously,especially among young teachers.This paper analyzes problems according to the investigation among young teachers and college students of Bingtuan university on construction of teacher virtue,professional psychology and virtue of young teachers,and hopes the investigation and analysis will become the important bases of construction of teacher troop and reform of management mechanism. |
