| 摘 要： | 恐惧心理是武术散打实战教学中较为普遍的现象,它是学生掌握动作、教师提高教学质量的一大障碍,笔者从运动心理学的角度分析恐惧心理产生的原因以及对教学工作的影响,并分析了运动心理学在克服恐惧心理时的具体运用,以提高教学质量,改善教学效果。

Analysis of Wu-shu Free- boxing practical teaching Nervousness——The perspective of sports psychology |

| Abstract: | Nervousness is a the more widespread phenomenon in the Wu-shu Free- boxing practical teaching, it is a big obstacle that students control action and teachers raise of the quality of teaching, the writer analyses reasons of nervousness and influence of teaching from the perspective of sports psychology, and analyze the usages of sports psychology in overcoming the nervousness to raise the teaching quality, improve teaching result. |
