| 摘 要： | 吸烟是导致死亡、发病和成瘾性失调的一个主要原因。研究表明,尼古丁不仅是烟草成瘾的一个要素,而且它能产生同成瘾性药物一样的效应。青少年吸烟与生理依赖的发展、种族、冲动性、情感障碍和同伴影响等因素有关。并且毫无疑问,这些因素的影响随着个体差异和吸烟发展的阶段而变化。证据表明,一旦对吸烟产生依赖,吸烟动机会受到脱瘾症状的减少,减轻压力的期望,条件强化以及刺激物的诱因作用的强烈影响。

| Abstract: | Smoking is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity and addictive disorder. Research shows that nicotine is a sine qua non of tobacco addiction and that it produces the hallmark effects of addictive drugs. Smoking in adolescents is related to development of physical development of dependence, ethnicity, impulsivity, affective disorder and peer influences. The influence no doubt varies across individuals and across development. Evidence suggests that tobacco motivation is strongly influenced by a reduction in withdrawal symptoms, expectation of stress reduction, conditional reinforcement and modulation in stimulus incentive value. |
