| 摘 要： | 大学生社会化及其程度将直接作用于大学生的成长成才过程以至在未来现实社会中的生存和发展。本文从高校学生社团所具备的基本技能、基本规范、政治、个性、角色等一系列社会化功能对大学生道德、政治、个性、角色等社会化的影响作用进行了深层次揭示。旨在探讨高校学生社团与大学生社会化的关系，为大学生以及从事和关注大学教育的人们以某些启示。
