| 摘 要： | 坚持以人为本发展观,对图书馆员提出了全面发展的要求.促进图书馆员的全面发展,当前应着重抓好培育科学精神和人文精神,提高信息技术水平,培养创新能力等方面,营造终身学习的浓厚氛围,优化用人机制,强化激励机制,以促进图书馆员的全面发展.
