| 摘 要： | 本文先简要介绍了新制度经济学产生的背景以及发展的现状，然后从三个方面论述了新制度经济学的主要理论贡献：新制度经济学的制度分析围绕“交易费用”这一核心概念而展开；新制度经济学把制度作为内生变量来研究，批判地继承新古典经济学；新制度经济学的研究方法从现实的制度分析入手，基于现实的实证研究使得人们的视野转向实验经济学。最后列举了一些制度分析可以应用的领域。
