| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业难为全社会所关注,大学生在就业过程中所表现出的种种心理焦虑严重影响着他们的身心健康。本文从大学毕业生就业的社会心理压力、环境心理压力及主观心理压力等方面进行分析,提出了“高校要树立大教育、大培训观念;就业市场要加强就业法规和制度建设;大学生要注重全面素质的锻炼和培养”等应对建议。

| Abstract: | It is a great concern of the society that it is difficult for college graduates to find a job. The various mental anxieties revealed by college students during the course of seeking a job have severely affected their physical and mental health. Through an analysis of the social and psychological pressure, the environmental pressure and the subjective pressure that college graduates had in seeking a job, the paper puts forwards corresponding proposals such as colleges and universities should establish such a notion as education and training in an all-round way, the job market should reinforce the construction of employment rules and the employment system, and college students should attach great importance to the cultivation and training of their overall qualities and qualifications. |
