| 摘 要： | 近几年来,社会力量办园发展迅速.社会力量办园是幼教领域的一个新生事物,政府对社会力量办园行政监督与管理尚未规范,存在认识不足、重视不够、制度不全、落实不力、各部门职责不清、扶持不够等诸多问题.本文在调研的基础上,力图寻找对加强社会力量办园行政监督与管理的有效策略,促使社会力量办园健康和谐发展.

| Abstract: | In recent years, there is a rapid development of community-run kindergartens. The community-run kindergarten is a new thing in the field of infant schooling, but there still exist many problems. For example, there is a lack of regular supervision and management of community-run kindergartens. There is not adequate understanding, not enough concern and support from the government, and no clear responsibilities among departments. Besides, there is a lack of a complete set of rules and regulations. As a result, many things are not done appropriately. This paper, on the basis of survey and research, attempts to find some effective measures to strengthen the administrative supervision and management of community-run kindergartens in order to make them develop healthily and harmoniously. |
