| Abstract: | This essay points out that the view of scientific development put forward by the Communist Party of China headed by Comrade Hu Jing-tao, General Secretary of the Party, is an important theoretical view and strategic thought, analyzes its essence and significance, probes the evolution of the international development view, looks back on the long difficult search on the issue of our Party's view of development, summarizes the features of the shaping and the developing of the CPC's view of scientific development, and finally proposes that this view be firmly established and put into effect. |
