幼儿园新教师园本培训实效性的现状调查

摘    要:新教师园本培训的实效性是一项重要的工作,也是教师专业成长的重要渠道,但同时也是一项让人容易把握不住的工作。通过对A连锁私立幼儿园的59名新教师的问卷调查及对3名新教师和两名园长的深入访谈,得出园本培训流于表面化和形式化,其实效性的缺乏势必影响新教师今后的职业生涯及其专业成长。为此,文章通过对新教师园本培训存在的问题进行因素分析,试图为当前绝大部分幼儿园面临的新教师园本培训缺乏实效性问题提供一些思路。

Abstract:The effectiveness of Kindergarten-based training of new teachers is important, for it is an important channel for professional development of new teachers. But it is a job that is not easy to deal with. Through the ques- tionnaire survey of 59 new teachers in the A Chain Private Kindergarten and the in-depth interviews on three new teachers and two principals of the kindergarten, we came to the conclusion that the kindergarten-based training is superficial and formalistic. The lack of effectiveness is bound to affect new teachers" future career and professional growth. So through the factor analysis of the problems of the kindergarten-based training of the new teachers, this paper tries to provide some approaches for most of the kindergartens which face the problem of lacking effectiveness in the Kindergarten-based training of the new teachers.
