| 摘 要： | 创新是民营企业发展的动力和源泉,但必须依靠一定的机制来推动。民营企业内部创新机制的建立和完善,是企业实现创新能力持续不断地提升和可持续发展的重要保证。我国民营企业存在管理创新和技术创新等不足,应从动力机制、运行机制和发展机制三个方面建立和完善民营企业内部创新机制。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the driving force for the development of private enterprises,but it must rely on some mechanisms for promotion.Private enterprises must establish innovation mechanisms to guarantee innovation capability and sustainable development.There are some constraints of innovation within private enterprises,and this paper believes that we must build the internal innovation mechanisms in the private enterprises from the aspects of the mechanisms of dynamic,operation and development. |
